Art Around the World Club

We are thrilled to introduce GRacademic, an educational organization with over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional learning opportunities to students. Our mission is to inspire creativity, foster cultural awareness, encourage physical activity, and equip students with skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Take your child on a creative journey around the world! In our Art Around the Globe Club, each week students will explore a new culture through its unique art forms. They’ll create beautiful artworks inspired by different traditions, from African masks to Japanese origami. This club is not only a fun and engaging way to introduce children to art but also an educational experience that broadens their horizons and sparks their creativity.

Through our guided sessions, students will learn about the history, techniques, and cultural significance of each art form they study. Past projects have included colorful Mexican papel picado, intricate Indian rangoli, and expressive Brazilian carnival masks. These diverse activities help students develop a range of artistic skills, including drawing, painting, and crafting, while also fostering an appreciation for global cultures.

This club will not only enhance students’ artistic skills but also increase their cultural awareness. All materials are included, and we ensure a seamless, hands-on experience for every student. Our art instructors are experienced educators who are passionate about both teaching and the arts. They provide a supportive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive and express their unique creativity.

By participating in the Art Around the Globe Club, students will build confidence in their artistic abilities and develop a greater understanding of the world around them. This holistic approach to art education encourages critical thinking, creativity, and empathy, making it a valuable addition to any school’s extracurricular offerings.

Coordinator: Ana Carolina Garcia, a committed parent, Architect, Interior Designer, and Art Teacher, will be serving as the Art Program Coordinator for these clubs. With her extensive background and passion for art, Ana Carolina brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, ensuring that each session is both educational and inspiring. Her guidance will help nurture young talent, encouraging children to push the boundaries of their creativity and develop a lifelong love for the arts.
